Hi Hazel - can I check whether you are using bobbin thread or embroidery thread in the bobbin case, I've tried using different bobbin threads at present but having problems

I use my bobbin thread in the bobbin. BUT this is what suits me and my machine. There are no concrete rules in machine embroidery just guidance from fellow embroiderer's. It is always important to spend time finding out what works for you and your machine.
