Have you attempted to stitch this out?

I have the intention of stitching it out but first I have to create the internal stitches for attaching the FSL to the fabric. And this is to be done before stitching out the free-standing lace.

Not sure what you mean. You don't need any more stitches unless you need an outline to see its placement.
