How lovely to see Janes white work embroidered out successfully on tulle. Many of my designs, especially the delicate ones like Natalie's wedding day and Graceful Vines can be used in this manner. Anybody tried Graceful Jasmines on tulle or another sheer fabric?

The bride was THRILLED with the embroidery in spite of the devastating tear from my serger knives that it covers. I would've loved to have added sequins and stones, but it is invisible under the tulle overlay...which was the whole point.

If that is covering a serger cutting error, it is an awesome save!

Well done! Bridal gowns strike me with great fear--I have only ever touched them when someone was desperate, and there was no payment involved...I'd be SO afraid!

I blame the serger cut on the weight of the dress without a table next to it to hold the excess weight. Lesson learned. She offered to pay, but I said no before hand. I'd never have accepted $$ after this oops!!!!
